First I combine with a fork all the dry ingredients: usually about ½ cup of quick oats, some cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice, ½-1 scoop of protein powder (my favorites are PEScience snickerdoodle or vanilla flavors), and I’ll sometimes add in collagen peptides for extra benefits!
After the dry ingredients are mixed, I add only a little water, some vanilla extract, and about ¼ cup of pumpkin purée! Stir, and microwave for about 2-2 ½ minutes (taking it out halfway through and mixing), let it sit, and top with lots of pb :) LITERALLY I HAVE THIS EVERY MORNING WITH COFFEE
